1. RETURN POLICY

Piplub ensures customer satisfaction by allowing returns under specific conditions. The details of our return policy are as follows:

Return Window Within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery
Product Condition Must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition
Required Attachments Original tags, packaging, invoice, courier receipt, and any other papers
Return Approval Not required; buyers may directly initiate the return via the app
Pickup Initiated by Piplub or seller's logistic partner within 1-3 business days

Note: Products that are returned without intact tags, original packaging, or essential documents will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. REFUND POLICY (FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Upon successful return of the product to the seller or Piplub's facility:

Net Banking 3–5 Business Days
COD (if available) Refund via bank transfer

Refunds will be communicated via SMS and/or email notifications.

Important: If the product is received in a damaged, used, or unacceptable condition, Piplub reserves the right to deny the refund or provide a partial refund at its discretion.


3. SERVICE PROVIDER TRANSACTIONS (NON-PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

For all services booked or purchased via Piplub (e.g., consultation services, online classes, or digital services):
